We operate as a broker, and will arrange for your identified training needs to be met by the most suitable local provider. If one single provider can’t meet all your needs, then we’ll work with you to develop a portfolio of suitable providers which will enable you to pick and choose services as and when required.
Our service doesn’t just stop there. If you don’t have a training plan, then we or our partners can work with you to develop one. We can offer advice on attaining Investors in People, making the best use of CITB grants, and even help with developing other aspects of your business to ensure that you can use your qualified workforce to maximum advantage.
