Working from your specifications, we will provide you with a list of suitable candidates for employment. We will then arrange for these candidates to contact you for a telephone discussion, and to arrange an interview. At that point your normal recruitment process takes over, leaving you free to make the right decision about who to employ. All we ask is that you provide us with feedback on the candidates and the process.
